Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking.
Your right to cancel the contract
You have the right to cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your moving-out date. More short-term cancellations make our logistics difficult, so there will be a processing fee deducted from your refund.
Our right to cancel the contract
We reserve the right to cancel your booking, and refund you at any time. We may cancel your booking in advance, or at the time we reach the moving out location. In the later case, charges for our team's time and transit to your location may be applied.
The following services are included in our base-fee:
- Packing and moving out up to 2 boxes (box dimensions 41x51x31cm)
- Transport of your belongings to our storing facilty, when you book a storing solution with us
- Packaging materials for common (non-fragile) items.
The following services are not included in our base-fee:
- Packing for more than two boxes. If your belongings do not fit into two boxes, additional boxes will be charged at £20 per additional box.
- The handling of items too bulky or heavy to fit into the boxes will be charged on a case-by-case basis, upon pickup. We may be able to give you estimates for items, please contact us for questions and more information.
- Storage of any of your belongings is not included in the base fee and box storage will be charged at £5 per box per week. The storage fee for non-boxable items will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
- Donating, shipping or disposal of your items is not included and will be charged depending on your items.
WAQUA Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any property of customer or any others while carrying out their moving and packing services, by theft or otherwise, irrespective of the cause of such damage or loss, unless due to the gross negligence of WAQUA Ltd. Booking any of our services happens strictly at your own risk. We will always do our best to treat your belongings with care and will protect your items from damages, loss or theft to the best of our ability. WAQUA Ltd is not liable for cost imposed by a late rent-contract cancellation of the customer, even if this happens due to late servicing from WAQUA Ltd.
